People are the most important category of assets of the company Dedeman. During the 19 years of activity, Dedeman developed an occidental organizational management, so that it is "dedicated" to its customers plans but, equally it is "dedicated" to professional development plans of employees. All these efforts were confirmed by the present of our company in magazine Capital in 2005 in the top of companies that treat their employees with respect, and in 2006 at # 8 in top of companies that deserve to work for.
Currently, Dedeman has around 4000 employees, with a medium of 190 per
each commercial center.
In 1994, Dedeman started with 11 employees. In
2000, 115 persons were working for our retail network. In 2002, after a
growth in the number of employees in 2001, Dedeman became the prefered
employer for 245 persons. In 2003, the number of those working in the
Dedeman network was 369, and in 2004 and in 2005 the employee staf
reaches spectacular fgures: 589 and 796 respectively. In 2006, the
number of employees in all seven retail chain centers was 1224,
surpassing the 1000 threshold. And in 2007 Dedeman had a total efective
of employees of 1845. In 2008 statistics showed a signifcant rise in
employment, 2610 persons, well over the 2000 employees threshold.
